Three Open Add ons – Consumer Bill Pay

The Bill Pay Add on Rules are in addition to the General Terms for Services and any other terms provided to you. Please read the Price Plan Rules carefully. The Open Add ons are available to Bill Pay (consumer) customers however certain Price Plan restrictions may apply. Restrictions may also apply on Add on combinations and you cannot have multiple versions of the same Add on activated. Charges apply for Bill Pay Add ons, the details of which are published on www.three.ie

Open International Add ons: International Add ons are available on all Open Price Plans.

Add on Name Description

International Talk

The 120 minutes and 30 minutes International Talk Add ons are available for calls to international landline and mobile numbers whilst in the Republic of Ireland. A minimum of 1 minute is used for each call. Standard rates apply when your allowance is used. The Add ons exclude calls to all other numbers including, roaming premium rate and other call types. Please note you should request that any barring of International services are removed from your service before availing of an International Talk Add on.

International Text: The 40 and 100 text International Text Add ons are available for texts to international mobile numbers whilst in the Republic of Ireland. Standard rates apply when your allowance is used. The Add ons exclude texts to all other numbers including, roaming premium rate and other text types.

Other Add ons: Other paid for Add ons may be available on Three Open Price Plans.

Three to Three calls: The Three to Three calls Add on is for calls to Three mobile numbers and voicemail whilst in the Republic of Ireland. This Add on excludes calls to international numbers, premium rate numbers, directory enquiries and all other call types (such as 1890, 1850 fax and data calls).

Three to Three Texts: The Three to Three texts Add on is for texts sent to Three mobile numbers whilst texting from the Republic of Ireland. The Add on excludes all other text types such as premium rate, landline, roaming, international and other text types. A fair use policy applies.

Off-Net Eveningand Weekend Calls

The Off-Net Evening and Weekend calls Add on can be used for calls made to other Irish and EU mobile networks or Irish and EU landlines from the Republic of Ireland and EU, between the hours of 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday, and from 6pm on Friday to 8am Monday. Three to Three calls are not included in this Add on. This Add on excludes calls to international numbers, premium rate numbers, directory enquiries and all other call types (such as 1890, 1850 fax and data calls).

Off-Net Texts: The Off-Net Texts Add on applies to texts sent to other Irish and EU mobile networks from the Republic of Ireland and EU. Three to Three texts are not included in this Add on. This Add on excludes texts to landlines, texts while roaming, texts sent to premium rate numbers, international numbers, directory enquiries numbers, MMS and all other text types. A fair use policy applies.

Evening and weekend Calls

The Evening and Weekend calls Add on can be used for calls made to any Irish and EU mobile or landline from the Republic of Ireland and EU, between the hours of 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday, and from 6pm on Friday to 8am Monday. The Add on excludes calls to international numbers, premium rate numbers, directory enquiries and all other call types (such as 1890, 1850 fax and data calls).

Open Add ons Fair Use Policy

Three may apply restrictions to your use of services where your use of any unlimited features is considered to be excessive or unreasonable. The fair use limits are as follows: 500 voice minutes and 5000 text messages (in total) for a 30 day period or if you call more than 100 different phone numbers

or text more than 200 different numbers in a 30 day period. Three may contact you to advise you that your use exceeds this fair use policy and request that you make changes to how you use the services. If you do not comply with a direction from Three to stop or change the nature of your service use, Three may suspend, modify or restrict your use of the services or terminate your access to the network.

Amendments to Price Plans and Price Plan Rules

The Add On Rules may be varied or amended by Three for any reasonable commercial, technical or operational reason.
