Continue using your existing username and password. You will be prompted to update the App when you first login.

1. Register and create your ThreeID. This is your unique username and password. Complete your profile and verify email within 24 hours. 
2. Go to manage account and add your Three account to your profile.
3. The applications (My3, 3Plus, Webtext, Community)  depends on your account type.

It's really easy, from the My3 dashboard click on the user menu icon (web view) or hamburger menu (app view)  on the top right of the screen, select Manage Profile, from there select My account.

1. Log out of My3 app before you change your username.
2. Login to My3,  click on the user menu icon (web view) or hamburger menu (app view)  on the top right of the screen, select Manage Profile,   edit username, click submit .
3. Verify your email address.
4. Log out and back in with your updated ThreeID username.

You can link your preferred social channel to your ThreeID.

1. Log into My3 via Three.ie
2. Click on the user menu icon on the top right of the screen
3. Select Manage Profile and you will be able to select link Social.

Login by social on your next visit to My3.

It’s easy! Login to your My3 dashboard, you can choose which account you want to view.

1. Can’t see your account? In your My3 dashboard select the user menu icon in the top right and then Manage Profile, select My account.
2. If more than 1 account is added you need to default to the account you want to view, select edit then default, remember to log out and back in.
3. If the account is missing, hit the plus sign and add that missing account.
4. Then choose which account you want as your default account. Log out and back into My3 to view that account.

Tip - The default account will be highlighted in pink!

The applications you have access to depends on your account type.  

Good news, yes you can merge all your accounts under one login

1. First decide which Three ID login (username/password) you want to keep using e.g your phone or broadband account.
2. Login to the My3 account you wish to delete (e.g broadband account)
3. Select the user menu icon on the top right of the screen then select manage profile.
4. On the bottom of the screen select delete profile.

After 24 hours you can add the account you deleted back to your Three ID.
