You can check your upgrade eligibility at any time by logging onto your My3 account online or via the My3 app.

We offer our bill pay customers an upgrade from 3 months (90 days) before their contract is up.

To reset your password, go to the My3 login page and click the 'Forgot password' link and follow the below steps:

1. Enter your mobile number or email address in the box provided and click Next.
2. A page will open with letters visible. Type the letters (separated by a space) into the field provided and click continue.
3. A code will be sent to your phone or email address.
4. Enter this code in the space highlighted on Three.ie. You will then be able to change your password and log in to your Three.ie account as normal.
5. Please note that your new password cannot be the same as your previous password. It also must be between 6 and 10 characters and must contain letters and numbers, e.g., abc123.

If you are a Broadband customer, you can also follow the steps above. If your username is your Broadband number, you can get the code in the Connection Manager or by putting your SIM into a Three phone.

If your phone is lost or stolen, please follow the below steps:

1. Contact us at three.ie/chat or by calling 1913 to report your phone as lost or stolen. We can then suspend your account to ensure no further unauthorised usage. We can also blacklist your device so that no one else can use it.
2. Report the loss or theft to your local Garda station
3. If you have insurance, contact your insurance provider directly to make a claim. You’ll need to provide proof that you have reported the incident to the Gardaí within a certain timeframe (generally 24-48 hours). Usually, a member of the Gardaí will need to stamp and sign your insurance claim form.

If you have insurance with Three SOS, here’s how to make a claim.

You can view your current or past bills by logging onto your My3 account, either via web or the My3 app.

There are several ways to pay your Three bill:

• Log in to your My3 account, either via web or the My3 app.
• Call 1913. Press 1 for Billing & Payments, then press 1 again to pay your bill.

Bill pay customers can check their usage, remaining calls/texts/data and more by logging onto their My3 account, either via web or the My3 app.

If you have a query about your bill, we recommend logging on to your My3 account to view the bill, where you will see a breakdown of your bill charges. You can find information on understanding your bill in our blog Understanding your Bill.

Print or download your bills from your My3 account in the Billing and Payments section.

There are several ways to top up your phone:

• Use our instant top up service – all you need is your phone number and a payment card.
• My3 – you can top up using our My3 online service or the My3 app (available for iPhone and Android).
• Dial 1744 and follow the instructions.
• Purchase a top up voucher from any Three store or participating retail outlets. Follow the instructions on the voucher.

Prepay customers can check their balance by dialling 1745. Alternatively, log on to your My3 account online or via the My3 app.

When switching to Three, broadband services should be up and running within 8 hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday). For mobile numbers, the porting process typically completes within 2 hours (8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8 AM to 4 PM on weekends).

If your service is interrupted for more than one working day during the switch, or if porting takes longer than expected, you may be eligible for compensation. This is calculated daily based on your monthly plan (e.g., €1/day for a €30 plan).
